Mansion Magic

So its been 3 days now in our Mansion..... its been fun! The whole place is not heated so we live between the lounge room, bedroom and kitchen cause they are the only rooms with heaters!
We had a little dinner party on Saturday night with Amy and Jeremy and Georgia and Romano- 3 course meal, fine china and crystal, open fire and a jenga battle! Its funny to see the looks on peoples faces when we open the door to them- they can't believe this place we are living in! Michiel whipped up a lovely entree and pasta and by the end we were all exhausted from overeating.

But......there has been some strange moments which has left me posing the inevitable question: "Is this place maybe....um...a little.... um.....haunted?" On Sunday Michiel and I noticed the light in the office on the 2nd floor (which is always locked, noone has ever entered it) at the front of the building was on. The second thing happened last night after we finished watching the Silence of the Lambs. At 1am we were in bed falling asleep when i heard the doorbell rang- i thought i was my imagination because i was sleepy, but i asked Michiel if he heard it too and he did!!! We decided not to act upon it and just held each other a little tighter! hahaha
